Video repeat mode is not remembered consistently

Whenever the option to repeat videos is selected, it gets reset automatically after a while. Sometimes after playing a few files from different folders or else after quitting and reopening VLC app.

The looping preference should persist not just for a session but until the setting is changed manually by user. If that is not the intended default behaviour then please provide a relevant option in the settings to always remember video repeat mode.
