language change issue not fixed

Description

It looks like issue #612 (closed) isn't fixed at all, even if it was closed. On my device the language changes for some things but for most of the app nothing happens. I've tried both the version available on the Play Store and the last nightly (3.2.0) and the same thing happens with both.
