Utilizing Wake-on-LAN when needed upon playing files over LAN
Description
In your device, e.g. Android TV, you find a file on your computer over LAN and click to play it. Suddenly and randomly it gets paused because the computer on the LAN entered sleep mode. The only solution (without external apps) is to physically walk to your computer and wake it up, then go back to the device, stop the file, find it again in the UI and click to play it.
Expected behavior
Use Wake-on-LAN whenever VLC detects the computer started sleeping. Thus playing the file from start to finish without uninitiated pauses.
See Android apps that already do it. If any of them are open source then you can see how they do it.
Actual output
The file just gets paused as if you clicked paused.
