Audio Mini Player : Should show up after a while

Since the redesign of the audio views, during scrolling down, the mini player disappears.

It shows up again if you scroll up a little.

But it's not a very good user experience because you should always be able to check the state of the mini player (playback information...) without doing any movements

Suggestion :

The mini player should show up automatically, maybe 1 sec after the end off the scrolling action.
