Unseekable video over SMB/LAN

Description

I'm unable to seek videos from local network. It's seekable when you fresh install, but by second time you play the video it'll be unseekable

Expected behavior

It's should be seekable like older version before 3

Actual behavior

Videos from local network goes unseekable

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video from local network / smb
2. Try to seek it, if it works, turn off the screen and play it again, it'll be unseekable
3. This happen after you fresh install. Remove cache & data, it works, but after that. It goes unseekable
