Parsing media always happens, even when off in settings.

I have deselected the scanning option, yet it still goes throught the 'media parsing' each time the app is opened.

This takes more than 20 minutes, on a phone with very little on it.

This inevitably leads me to just give up and use another app that does not have to spend 20+ minutes 'parsing media' before it will play anything.

I guess I will just need to go through each version, until I find the last one that does not have this 'feature'.
