beta 3.1.0 rc4 settings > interface > show all files in browser - does not work consistently

from directory view in some folders it will correctly list random data files i have there.

seems to ignore image files completely because it reports screenshots folder as empty and only shows videos under dcim.

(while testing for other deletion related bugs i actually deleted some folders like the internal screenshots folder that i thought were empty due to this bug, luckily nothing critical).

using S5 klte running LOS 8.1 Oreo 20190225 with OpenGapps
