Various PiP issues.

Just redownloaded VLC because I heard picture-in-picture was now supported, but I've found several issues with it on my end.

1. with autorotate on, rotating the display automatically kicks you into PiP for some reason.

2. Even if the video is paused, exiting the app via home button press will resume playback in PiP mode.

3. Often, clicking on the expand icon of the PiP window will bring you back into VLC, but the video will be reset to the start.

4. Video will usually skip back a second or two when switching between regular and PiP mode. (More minor).

I'm running Android Pie on the OnePlus 6T. For the record, PiP works fine with.the YouTube app on my device. I haven't tried PiP on any other app yet.
