LibVLC - No video with some streams

The third issue is,

that for some streams coming play event, but there is no video stream, For example this stream rtsp://cs2.pixelcaster.com:1935/live/yosfalls.stream, with the old version this works fine. Later I will add more examples. VLC desktop play this stream without problem ;)
