[Feature] Refresh network share when resumed

When connected to a network share, switching out of the app and back again should refresh current directory. This will make sure the directory is always up-to-date. This is useful, because VLC might have been in the background long enough for the files to have changed.

This is not done on latest Play Store beta (2017-09-07)
