File manager action bar subtitle not updating automatically

Description

The action bar subtitle in File Manager should show the total run time of selected media files automatically, but it does not until one pull-down refreshes the page.

Expected behavior

The action bar subtitle updates according to file selection in real-time, as it does in Video browser and Audio browser.

Actual behavior

It only updates when the user refreshes the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Browse";
2. Select some video files;
3. Observe how the action bar does not show the total run time;
4. Pull-down refresh the page and observe how the run time is updated.
