with safe mode, history doesn't need pin code to remove individual items

When "safe mode" parental control is enabled, clearing the history require the user to enter his pincode while removing an individual from the history item doesn't

Expected behavior

Behavior should be consistent between clearing the whole history or clearing an individual item

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce

1. enable safe mode and set a pincode
2. open the history view
3. click on menu then "clear playback history"

• "reserved access" popup appears

4. swipe an individual item to left or to the right. the item is removed from history
