Add a confirmation to the ban folder ctx action

ntroduce a confirmation dialog when the "Ban Folder from Media Library" option is selected—similar to the existing prompt shown when deleting a file. This dialog should clearly communicate the impact of the action and provide guidance for reversal if needed.

Suggested Behavior:

When the user chooses to ban a folder, VLC should display a confirmation dialog containing the following elements:

1. Message: “Are you sure you want to ban this folder from the media library? This will hide its contents from VLC.”

2. Folder Path: Clearly display the full path of the folder being banned.

3. Instructions: Provide guidance on how to re-add the folder later, e.g., “You can re-add this folder from Settings > Media Library > Banned Folders.”

4. Options: Confirm / Cancel

Benefits:

Reduces the risk of accidental folder bans

Improves overall user experience and media control

Maintains consistency with UX practices for critical actions (e.g., file deletion prompts)
