TV: Now Playing: animation running while playback paused

Description

On the TV main page, after having played and then paused an audio media, in the bottom right of the Now Playing card, the small equalizer animation is running even though the playback is paused, which can be confusing.

Expected behavior

The animation should be paused like the playback, it confuses the user thinking there is audio playback on.

Actual behavior

The animation is playing while the playback isn't
