Video restarts when video paused before popup started

When the popup playback is started while the currently played video is paused, the popup plays the video from the beginning instead of pausing it at the previous position.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play a video
2. Pause it
3. Open the popup (Pre-O)
4. The video will start playback in the popup from the beginning
