Video player screenshots not available in the image picker from other apps

When taking a screenshot of a video, the image is copied in /sdcard/Pictures/Screenshots. Then, when using another app (intsant messaging app for example), the photo picker doesn't show the screenbshot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video
2. Take a screenshot
3. Open an instant messaging app (tested with Google chats)
4. Try to send an image
5. The screenshot is not shown unless the user use the embedded "browse" feature of the picker.
