New release build: Api 17+ App Bundle

Description

To be able to release the app on the Amazon AppStore as they messed their distribution process.

Context

For now, we cannot release as their store:

• distributes the wrong version of the app when the x86 version is provided
• mark the app incompatible with most of their devices if not
