360 video gestures are broken

Description

Touch input with 360 videos now triggers seek, volume, or brightness gestures.

This seems to come from the fact that the media's projection is now 0f, and the video isn't seen as a 360 video.

I wasn't able to determine where the issue comes from, though 360 videos work on vlc 3.0.20

3.5.4 from the 3.5.x branch works, 3.5.4 from master doesn't.
