RemoteAccess: the server stop action should be persisted
Description
When the user stops the server, it's relaunched after the next app restart
Expected behavior
The server is not relaunched
Actual behavior
Steps to reproduce
- Enable the Remote Access
- Stop it in the notification / status activity
- Restart the app
