Audio and video player controls flipped if locale is right-to-left

Description

Layouts require additional constraints to retain ltr placement when locale is rtl.

Expected behavior

Playback timeline and controls should remain in the same position as ltr languages.

Actual behavior

Timeline is flipped and controls are mirrored.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change in-app locale to a right-to-left language
2. Start audio or video playback
3. Observe control placement and functionality
