DisplaySettings: with only sort by name, and a change of locale, the sort has wrong padding

Description

When changing the locale to french, and opening display settings where there is only the sort by name (Videos grouped by folder, or artists), it will display the sort but which huge padding on top and bottom of the sort choice

Steps to reproduce

1. Set you locale to french
2. Find some display setting where there is only one sort, sort by name (Videos grouped by folder, or artists)
3. There is a huge padding top and bottom of the sort choice
