Option in settings for automatic sleep

Description

Right now if one wants to use phone + vlc for sleeping, each night one has to set the sleep timer manually. The proposal here would be to have option in settings to set "Automatic sleep" to some value in minutes (default turned off)

When "Automatic sleep" is set to 20 minutes I would then expect the app to sleep after 20 minutes since last interaction of user with the phone (also like volume adjustments). Each interaction would reset the timer.

Other variation (maybe also could be changed in options) would be to sleep until 20 minutes since the app was launched or last time "play" was pressed and then interaction would not reset the timer
