VLC crashes when volume is set over 100%

Description

When playing a video with sound, if I set volume over 100%, VLC will crash.

Expected behavior

Volume should keep increasing above 100%

Actual behavior

VLC will crash and reopen to the library menu

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video with sound
2. From a volume level at or below 100%, increase volume until it exceeds 100%
3. VLC crashes
