VideoPlayer not started in fullscreen since OneUI 6 update

Description

Since the One UI 6 / android14 update on my Samsung Tab S7 FE a few days ago, openning any video will launch the VideoPlayer activity in pop-up view instead of fullscreen. It's possible to maximise it to go full screen, but that's annoying.

It does not happen on pixel 7a (also on android 14), so probably an issue between vlc and multiwindow stuff from samsung. And it's not specific to tablets either, someone else on the forum had the same issue on smartphone : https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=163817

I tracked down the issue to this commit : 8d24c2cc

Revert fixes the issue, but that's probably not the solution.
