PiP: Reopening the app in PiP from icon or widget breaks PiP playback
Description
If you enable PiP, leave the app during playback, the PiP window will open.
If you press the middle button, it will reopen the video player.
If you open the app from the widget or using the icon, the PiP window stays above the app, but play back breaks.
