Google Assistant string localization

The following code is a candidate for translation:

I'm pretty sure the VLC is translated to a lot more languages than the Google Assistant voice support.

I suggest the following: either we add a comment with a URL of Google Assistant supported languages or we can just ask the translators to avoid translating the voice commands unless they are 100% sure it works in their language.

Any other suggestions are welcome :)
