Non destructive mode

Description

The same way we have an incognito mode, it would be great to have a PIN protected non destructive mode. It would be useful in the case of non tech savvy / children / people with disabilities having their app configured by someone else.

When activated, the user couldn't:

delete files
add/remove/edit playlists
enter the settings
add/remove/edit video groups

More generally, any action that would result in a change of the app's content or in file destruction should be forbidden.
