feature request (VLC for Android): Need car mode feature for users whose car doesn't support Android Auto

Car mode feature is missing in VLC for android.

Description

For a user whose case doesn't support Android Auto, it is very tough to use VLC for android during car drive. It would be great if car mode feature is added similar to Audible app.

Expected behavior

This option should switch the GUI to a very simple (always ON) screen which contains only 3-4 buttons. all of these buttons have good screen size as a touch option. So, if during the car drive, I want to pause the music, I can touch anywhere on the broad area of the screen to pause/play it.
