FTP login access issues

• By default, VLC tries to connect with the anonymous access. So you can't connect with a specific login (the login pop-up doesn't show up)
• You can connect with a specific login only if the anonymous access on the server is disable...

A solution should be to always show the login pop-up.

More, the login doesn't seem to be correctly saved during the session
