Resumed played audio : there is no setting to disable it

Description

A setting exists for video, but not for audio : tracks from 15 min long are automatically resumed.

Expected behavior

The auto-resumed playback for Audio should be the default behaviour, but VLC should have a setting, like video, to disable it.

Especially for Classical fans, who regularly listen very long tracks.
