add/plus floating action button in menu section doesn't do anything

Description

Clicking/tapping the add/plus floating action button, shown in 'Browse', 'Playlists' or 'More' menu doesn't do anything. After navigating between menus the button eventually becomes hidden.

Expected behavior

Assuming the fab button should be always be hidden.

Actual behavior

Button visible on 'Browse', 'Playlists' or 'More' menu after app relaunch. Button becomes hidden after navigating between menus.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download & install Windows Subsystem for Android (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/android/wsa/). Issue reproduced on version 2303.40000.3.0 but has been consistent repro across versions. Issue also reproduced on Pixel C Api 33 emulator in Android Studio.
2. Enable Windows Subsystem for Android Developer Mode (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/android/wsa/#enable-developer-mode-in-windows-settings).
3. Sideload F-droid appstore using adb.
4. Install VLC from F-droid appstore
5. Launch VLC
6. Skip first launch experience and select 'Browse' from menu on left column.
7. Close VLC
8. Re-launch VLC
9. Observe issue (see attached video)
