VLC on Android 10 and 11 Media Library Resets Everytime

Description

Expected behavior Media Library settings should be kept when closing the app

Actual behavior Media Library settings were lost once VLC app was closed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open VLC App, go to SETTINGS, MEDIA LIBRARY. Set (tick) the folders you choose as your media library.
2. Close VLC App
3. Open VLC App, go to SETTINGS, MEDIA LIBRARY. Check the folders you set as your media library in step 1.
