Why VLC doesn't have video zoom feature like MX & Kodi Player ?

Hi VLC developer team,

I'm a big fan of VLC player and I've been using many other top video players and almost all of them have the video zoom feature many year ago , the zoom feature can do vertical or horizontal zoom like MX and Kodi player as an example . But VLC is still my favourit because it has some cool other features and give better video images . I was wondering why VLC doesn't have the zoom feature after so many years . if possible could you guys please add this feature to the Android version in the future ?
