MediaSession: after loosing PlaybackService, play from bluetooth headset doesnt work the first time

Description

If you :

• lock the screen,
• pause playback using a bluetooth headset,
• wait for the playback service to die (~2 minutes)
• and try to resume playback from the headset

It will fail the first time, even though the notification will reload, and a second play will only then resume playback
