m3u8 Playlists : Missing track should be always displayed.

Description

Currently, if tracks are missing in the devices for a m3u8 Playlist, they are not displayed. So we can't make a difference between a missing track in the devices or in the playlist file.

Expected behavior

Playlist tracks should be always visible with these informations

the #EXTINF information
a means of clearly indicating that the track is missing on the device (icon ? color ? text info ?)

Actual behavior

In the worst scenario, playlist with all tracks missing are indexed by the medialibrary but are empty...
