Bluetooth : Auto play on connection or not ?

Description

It seems that until recently, VLC automatically played the last playqueue on Bluetooth connection, especially with car radio devices.

This behavior bothered some of our users but was apparently system related.

But recently, VLC stopped playing the last playqueue, probably due to a system update and that new behavior is bothering some other users...

Expected behavior

We should check what exactly is happening on Bluetooth connection and we probably need a setting to define the behavior (like the one for headphone insertion)
