Audio player skip issues

Description

OP: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=161210 In the audio player :

• tapping +10/-10 multiple times only seek one time
• tapping +10/-10 while paused is not taken into account

I guess that if libvlc is not able to take that into account, the UI could.
