Video Thumbnails not recover/newly generate after disabling and enabling media library storages

Description

Video Thumbnails not recover/newly generate after disabling and enabling media library storages (Settings > Media library folders > Storages ).

Media library storage :-

Steps to reproduce

1.Firstly disable media library storage (Settings > Media library folders > Storages )

2.Then immediately enable storage

3.And then vlc automatically will refresh and thumbnails of all videos are temporary are visible.

4. Kill the app

5. Reopen app , Then the video thumbnails will disappear and cannot be recovered .

I tried bringing up the thumbnails several times using refresh but to no avail. After this phenomenon it is impossible to generate new thumbnails of videos .
