Volume control not working when streaming to chromecast

Volume control not working when casting to chromecast.

Expected behavior

Expected behaviour should be to control volume level when casting to chromecast.

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce

1.stream video to chromecast 2. Press volume keys up or down on your phone 3. It will turn down the volume in vlc however it has no effect on the tv the video is being casted on.
