Option to ignore audio focus (i.e. not requiring audio focus to play)

Description

There should be an option to ignore audio focus and continue playing even if other apps take audio focus

Expected behavior

Continues to play when other apps (such as a game) takes audio focus, so that music on VLC can be played simultaneously
