OGG files considered as videos, option to permanently set it as audio

Loading OGG files put them in the video section even though they are audio only.

Description

OGG files are grouped in the video tab even if no video is present. Windows Groove reads it correctly as audio. The "shuffle all" buttons on the music tab will therefore not shuffle the videos in, which splits my playlists in half.

Expected behavior

OGG files should be with other audio files (.mp3, .flac, .wav)

Actual behavior

OGG files are considered videos

Steps to reproduce

  1. download an ogg file like this one: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1njT2eM6TPuC4OpgU0VJYYoaVemjNvYuy?usp=sharing
  2. load it onto your device with the app
  3. find it in the videos tab

NB: I created these OGG files from a FLAC recording with ffmpeg. Are there flags there to enable/disable that could cause this issue?

One workaround would be to add a permanent option to "read as audio"
