Time slider difficult to use

Description

The time slider is difficult to use. It can be hard to pick up the orange ball that represents current position and can then be hard to move it by a reasonable increment, say 30-60 seconds to skip a commercial. It works ok if you have a three minute song but poorly when on a 45 minute podcast.

When the phone is in vertical mode, I have a 2" wide slider. When horizontal, I still have a 2" wide slider instead of using the entire width which would make working with smaller increments more feasible when trying to skip a 30-120 second commercial.

I don't know if a new widget is needed but at the very least, the slider should probably go full width when horizontal.

Expected behavior

I should be easily able to move the current time smaller and relatively precise increments

Actual behavior

It's hard to pick up the current position marker and also hard to move it to a desired time. It can also be hard to read the actual time as the font used is tiny.

Steps to reproduce

1. load 45 minute .mp3 file
2. try to move it 30 seconds ahead
