unable to open the mrl on TV from extern Harddrive but from network it is working

Description

I bought a USB hard drive from WD with 5GB, | WDBHDW0050BBK-EESN | and stored there my videos so i doesn`t have to use my pc to stream my videos on my tv for saving power. Now i have the Problem with VLC is unable to open the mrl android at some videos. if i use the network from my pc with the same video it is working. i made a video on googledrive. i set permissions on the folders for admin ect. i converted the videos and the same problem. usb hard drive wont work, network same video is working.

if u need more informations pls let me know. and sry for my english i`m from germany
