audio output stops when lock and unlock the screen on Android 13

Description

When you lock and unlock the phone while watching a video with wired earphones, continuing the video play out will no longer produce audio output.

Expected behavior

The audio output should happen when video is playing.

Actual behavior

Audio doesn't come out untill i close and reopen the app.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play any video with wired earphones connected on Android 13 device.
2. Lock and unlock the screen.
3. Continue the video play. And notice no audio output.
