[BUG] No video on Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 / Android 12

Description

Trying to open any video file (tried mpeg, mp4, webm, mkv), as well as capturing online video streams, on Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 (Android 12), doesn't show the video. Audio plays fine. The same VLC release on other phones (Red Magic 6, Galaxy Note 10+) plays the same files & streams correctly. I tried turning off video acceleration but the effect stays the same. I tried playing the same files & streams with other video players (MX Video Player, Just Video Player, Yet Another Video Player - the last 2 from F-Droid) & the video is displayed correctly.

Expected behavior

Video stream is properly displayed.

Actual behavior

Video files & streams do not render video - only audio.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any video file (tried a variety of mpeg, mp4, webm, mkv)
2. alternatively turn off hardware acceleration in VLC settings or force acceleration
