Audio delay set to all video doesn't work on non indexed videos

Expected behavior

The delay is applied to all videos

Actual behavior

The delay is applied only if the video is already indexed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear data
2. Uncheck the "Let VLC scan..." checkbox in onboarding
3. Play a video
4. Set the audio delay to -5000 and apply to all videos
5. Open the same video -> it works as the video is now an external media in the ML
6. Open another video -> the delay is not applied
