Tv: ML storage selection should have ban / unban
Description
Due to limitations with controllers, on TV, in the MLStorageFragment / StorageBrowserFragment, when doing a long press, it will be caught (specifically for tv, cf onLongClick in BaseBrowserAdapter ~l247 ) and onCheckBoxClick will be called instead.
Expected behavior
There should be a way for the user to ban / unban directories for the medialibrary
