Scrollbar goes missing after Tab switch from "Playlists"

Description

When going from the "Playlists"- to the "Audio" Tab, the scrollbar is missing.

Expected behavior

There is always a scrollbar when scrolling, in the "Audio" Tab

Actual behavior

When switching from "Playlists" to "Audio", "Audio" shows no scrollbar. This can be fixed by switching to any Tab other than "Playlists" and then Back to "Audio"; the scrollbar will then be back.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Audio, look for scrollbar (when scrolling)
2. Switch to Playlists, then back to Audio
3. scroll and look for scrollbar (should be missing)

The screen recording is larger than 10MB so I cannot upload it as is. In the case that it's needed I will compress and upload it. Until then however, I consider the bug fairly simple to reproduce.
