Casting with playback in background enabled fails the first time
Description
While having playback in the background enabled, if a video is started and then from the video player cast is started it will stop the video player. Starting the video again will cast the video as it normally should when connected to a casting device.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable playback in background
- Start a video
- From the video player, start casting to a device
