too many connection download at the same time while play http

Expected behavior

start at only 1 connection, may add 1 if seek, and disconnect the old one, just like other players, like the mpv

Actual behavior

2 connection download at first, and increase to 5(or more?) after seek or resume. this also causes 5 times bandwidth cost. the server shows that the vlc some connections of 5 is always download from position 0.

Steps to reproduce

1. play a http
2. seek or resume
3. check the server
